Processing Time

All orders are roasted fresh and processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Order Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number sent to your email. Track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please note that international tracking updates may be limited once your package enters your destination country.

International Orders — Important Notes

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country
  • Customs processing times vary by country and are beyond our control

  • We are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or returned by customs

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to PO boxes for certain products
  • Some remote locations may have limited shipping options or extended delivery times

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately:

  1. Email us at support@merlincoffee.com with your order number
  2. Include photos of any damage
  3. We'll work with the carrier to arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, including postal codes and country. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing support@merlincoffee.com.
