Coffee & Tea

How fresh is your coffee?

We roast our coffee in small batches and ship within days of roasting to ensure maximum freshness. We recommend using our coffee within 2-4 weeks of the roast date for optimal flavor.

How should I store my coffee and tea?

Store coffee beans in an airtight container in a cool, dark place. Avoid the refrigerator or freezer. Tea should be kept in a sealed container away from light, moisture, and strong odors.

What grind size should I choose?

We offer whole beans and various grinds. Choose based on your brewing method: coarse for French press, medium for drip coffee, and fine for espresso.

Brewing

What's the best coffee-to-water ratio?

We recommend a 1:16 ratio (1 gram of coffee to 16 grams of water) as a starting point. Adjust to your taste preference.

How do I brew the perfect cup of tea?

Water temperature and steeping time vary by tea type. Black tea: 200°F, 3-5 minutes. Green tea: 175°F, 2-3 minutes. Herbal tea: 212°F, 5-7 minutes.
