1. Products & Pricing

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders at our discretion.

2. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be received before fulfillment. All sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old to purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for carrier delays. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Product Quality & Freshness

Our coffee and tea are perishable goods roasted and shipped fresh. We recommend consuming within 2–4 weeks of the roast date for optimal flavour. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on merlincoffee.com — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by Merlin Coffee. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Merlin Coffee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
