At Merlin Coffee, we roast every order fresh and stand behind every bag we ship. If you're not 100% satisfied, we'll make it right — no hassle, no questions asked.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund — whichever works best for you. Because our products are roasted-to-order food items, you do not need to ship anything back.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email support@merlincoffee.com with your order number
  2. Tell us what went wrong — taste, quality, damage, wrong item, etc.
  3. Attach a photo if your order arrived damaged
  4. We'll respond within 24 hours with a resolution

Final Sale Items

The following are final sale and not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Flavored coffees (once opened)
  • Sample packs
  • Gift cards
  • Subscription shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@merlincoffee.com with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required.
